This week, Joe and Kendall plumb the seedy, vaguely pasta smelling underbelly of Carmine “The Roman” Falcone’s Gotham City. For as influential as both Joe and Kendall believed Carmine to be, they were surprised to find they could count the number of times he’s appeared in the Batmythos on one hand.
